Rescue & EFR

The Rescue + EFR course takes around 2.5 to 4 days, depending on your pace — designed to fit your holiday without the pressure.

Emergency First Response (EFR)

You’ll learn CPR, first aid, and how to respond to both diving and everyday emergencies. It’s a dry, land-based course — no diving, just life-saving skills and hands-on scenarios.

Rescue Theory – eLearning

Study how to recognize and respond to diver stress, manage emergency situations, and plan for rescue scenarios — all at your own pace, before hitting the water.

Rescue Training in the Ocean

In a series of rescue exercises and scenarios, you’ll practice helping tired, panicked, or unresponsive divers, surfacing and towing techniques, and underwater search patterns — all in a controlled, supportive environment.

Rescue and EFR courses are challenging, fun, and deeply rewarding. You won’t look at diving the same way again.
